FEMA P-1100/ICC 1300

I was on the committee that codifies FEMA P-1100 into ICC 1300 which will be published next year. I was late in the game and it was pretty much finished once I got there and because we were all volunteers and the original FEMA P-1100 was no longer getting paid by FEMA the other committee members weren't motivated do put any work into it. At any rate I think it is a piece of crap and unusable. However, I have talked to other contractors and they have had good luck with it.
